Hack Attack Social League makes its way to Dundee

On a brisk Sunday morning, July 7, avid golfing enthusiasts from the Hack Attack Social Golf League took to the Dundee Golf Course fairways.

The Hack Attack Social Golf League Club initially began in June 2018, with the new league starting in February of this year.

The purpose of the league is to promote golf within Newcastle while giving golfers an opportunity to form new friendships. Taking place every first Sunday of the month, the league is constantly growing, with passionate golfers enjoying the social aspect of the league.

Unlike other leagues, the Hack Attack Social League alternates its venues every month. Usually between Newcastle Golf Club, Kilbarchan Golf Club and Vulintaba Golf Course.

This month, the Hack Attack Social Golf League took to the Dundee Golf Club in order to keep the league fresh, while giving the participants a new challenge.

With participants thoroughly enjoying the fairways at Dundee Golf Course, the players set their sights on the win.

  • Bennie van Vuuren, who was also awarded the Purple Cap for clinching the title of, league log leader
  • Frederick Pretorius, who was also the winner of the day.
